POPSUGAR sent me this Must Have Box to try for complimentary testing purposes. Full disclaimer details here. #MustHaveBox
Another PopSugar Must Have Box that totally hit it out of the park with great quality, useful products! If you’ve been following my blog for a few months now, you know I’ve been lucky enough to be gifted this box complimentary from PopSugar Must Have and they’ve been generous enough to give my readers a $5 off code to try it for yourself (code at the end of the post if you’re interested). This box was all about festive holiday celebrations! Who doesn’t love that? …More importantly, who is missing it already? I am. Here we go… let’s dive into what came in the December 2016 PopSugar Must Have Box.
When I saw that the PopSugar Must Have Box included a cute little catchall tray and matching ring dish, I immediately thought: BLOG PIC PROPS. #bloggerproblems
But really, I’ve been needing something to catch all of the makeup products I test out weekly that I like to keep out and within easy reach next to the rest of my go-to makeup products. The ring dish is just perfect because it’s deep, that way I don’t knock my jewelry off my nightstand in the middle of the night and have to wake up searching under my bed for it. These retail for a combined $67 on odeme.co.
It has been legitimately YEARS since I’ve purchased from Baublebar. I used to be a huge fan when they first launched their site… maybe back in like 2011/2012ish? Back then, I loved their chunky, statement pieces… but as I’ve mentioned in recent posts, the chunky stuff just isn’t my style so I was thrilled to get this more dainty pendant to wear. The white enamel detail is versatile enough to wear with basically anything! Retails for $28 on Baublebar.com and PopSugar sent a 20% off coupon with the box.
How pretty are these!? I’m a huge fan of bobby pins for fast hairstyles, but it’s even better if they’re detailed. Use individually, or together for a subtle hint of sparkle for your next night out. These retail for $10 on manemessage.com and the Must Have Box also included a 20% off coupon code.
Naturally, this is my FAVORITE item in the box! I was really happy with the shade they included – it’s the prettiest muted cranberry. I had never heard of the WinkyLux brand before this box, but absolutely everything about this item was perfect. The packaging is vintage chic, the bullet itself is so pretty and the formula is top-notch. Described as a nondrying matte formula with cruelty-free ingredients, I NEED to get myself a couple more shades from this brand because if they’re as good as Bunny, we’re all in trouble. Get your wallets ready. Find WinkyLux lip pills for $14 on winkylux.com.
The perfect hostess gift for any holiday party, housewarming, or just to keep as an emergency stash in the back of your pantry, this pre-packaged cookie mix was a big hit with my husband. I couldn’t try them because I have to eat gluten-free, but they were extremely easy to make – just add eggs, butter and a dash of vanilla extract. Bake and 10 minutes later… yummy cookies! On the website, it seems they have 10+ different flavors all packaged adorably. The box included a 20% off coupon code and this particular cookie mix retails for $6.99 on sistersgourmet.com.
Described as a lightweight serum to smooth and add shine to color treated hair, this formula wasn’t anything that shattered my world, to be honest. I’m someone who uses a hair oil regularly because my hair is dry, so perhaps this formula is best for more fine, thin hair that needs a bit of shine without being weighed down. Surprisingly enough, you can find this product at Target or target.com and it retails for $11.99!
Total subscription cost: $39.95 $34.95 with discount code!
