Best-of-the-Week: YouTube Beauty Videos

I’m getting ready for a mini vaca in South Carolina, so I want to leave you with three of my favorite YouTube beauty videos of the week! Another fan favorite, I loved this makeup dupes video; as well as, a What I’m NOT Going to Buy anti-haul video (those are just as helpful as hauls, in my opinion), and lastly, a very thorough split-face Makeup Mistakes to Avoid. Grab a glass of wine and a comfy seat for the next 40 minutes so you can catch up on these videos!

I know so many of you love dupes, so when I watched Ready, Set, Glamour’s video on this collection, I knew I had to include it because it’s one thing to see a side by side photo, but way better to see it perform in action. Any that you own? Any that you WANT now?

I don’t think I’ve ever featured Phyrra on my Best-of posts, but she’s one of the OG beauty bloggers and any time I’ve watched her videos or read her blog posts, she always keeps it super real. I like when v/bloggers talk about things they don’t like because a lot of times, it can either point me in the direction of something that may be PERFECT for me, or that I also should stay away from it. What do you think about her recommendations?

Very few split face tutorials are as accurate as Sona’s. I just LOVED this video – it was my #1 of the week. The “avoid” side had so many things that I also see happen in real life and it’s incredible how little tweaks can dramatically change the way your makeup looks.
