It’s the time of the year I love looking forward to – the November 2021 Sephora Sale and with that, comes November 2021 Sephora Sale Recommendations! If you’ve been eyeing stuff I talk about from Sephora, but prefer to wait for a time that you can save some cash, this is for you. Sephora does this two times a year (again in the spring) for their rewards members. It’s free to be a rewards member so if you aren’t already, you can sign up today and immediately access the discounted pricing. Let’s get into my list of favorites from the past year I think are worth picking up.
So, the sale is officially on NOW for VIB and Rouge members. It will start 11/5 and run through 11/15.
You can place multiple orders during the same timeframe.
Again, it is FREE to join Sephora’s rewards program so you can access at least the 10% discount right away.
Here’s the list of my top picks over the last year in no particular order…
Rose Inc Concealer
The fullest coverage, radiant finish CLEAN BEAUTY concealer everyone over the age of 30 needs. I wear shade LX050 under my eyes and LX070 on my face. Watch YouTube demo here.
Lawless Eyeshadow palette(s)
I have tried all three of the smaller Lawless palettes and if you want to switch to talc free, clean beauty… these are the best eyeshadows for the price and size of convenience. My favorite is the Baby One (YouTube demo here) for versatility… the Little One has too many similar shades. But the *new* holiday Glam One is probably my second favorite for more neutral tones.
Lawless Lip Pencils
Again, clean beauty swap for what you may be using now… Lawless makes four shades of the lip pencils in nude hues to go with ANY lip color you’ll wear (did you know that? you really don’t need a matching lip pencil… just a good nude one). I constantly pick Pink Sands for an every day warm pink.
Hourglass Bronzer
I am OBSESSED with Hourglass powders. They do something magical to the skin once you start feeling ‘old’ or your skin just lacks that youthful glow. In the past, I’ve tried a couple minis of the Hourglass bronzers but didn’t find the right shade for me and that’s REALLY KEY. Now, I have Radiant Bronze Light and I have gotten multiple compliments on my makeup since wearing it.
Grandelash Serum
A good lash serum has changed my tired eyes for the better because when you have longer, thicker lashes, they can open up and make the eye look more awake! I have used several different brands, but after the Rodan + Fields Lash Boost, this serum by Grande Lash is great and what I have been using for almost two years. You do need to be patient and give this serum 3 months before you see full results.
Inkey List Hyaluronic Acid Serum
Looking for an effective basic serum that will plump the skin and add hydration (NOT GREASE), then you need Hyaluronic Acid and this Inkey List $7.99 one is one of my favorite affordable options. Must be applied to damp skin, and sealed in with a moisturizer for any Hyaluronic Acid to work.
Maison Louis Marie No.04 Bois de Balincourt Eau de Parfum
Switching to clean products means watching out on fragrance and making sure you know where your scented products get their nice smell from to avoid hormone disruptors. Maison Louis Marie has been making clean fragrances for decades and this particular No. 04 scent smells JUST LIKE THE CULT FAVORITE Santal 33. They also make it in a perfume oil.
Charlotte Tilbury Flawless Finish Powder
This is not a clean product, but it has been the only thing I can tolerate to set my under eye concealer with in the last six months without making me look ten years older! I apply with a little velour puff and gently press into the skin. The amazing hydration of this pressed powder makes sure concealer doesn’t crease while avoiding that dry, crepey look. Powder does oxidize, so I use the lightest shade (Fair).
Ilia Bronzer
Best clean bronzer out there – most clean bronzers are SUPER warm toned and look bad, but ‘Drawn In‘ is the lightest of four shades, and has the prettiest neutral bronze tone (matte finish). A great clean dupe for Benefit Hoola.
Biossance Squalane
I just purchased this clean beauty Squalane Oil myself but I am recommending it because if you have skin like me – acne prone, sensitive, dehydrated – then you need to be using Squalane Oil as your moisturizer. It calms down inflammation and helps balance the skin while not clogging pores. It’s been a revolutionary ingredient in keeping my skin from looking like a 14 yr old while undergoing fertility hormones.
Dior Backstage Foundation
Another item I just bought myself, but I’ve heard incredible things about this medium coverage, natural finish water resistant foundation. I am testing this out as a cleaner alternative for those who can’t use/don’t like other clean beauty formulas. Dior’s Backstage foundation is “free of sulfates SLS and SLES, parabens, formaldehydes, formaldehyde-releasing agents, phthalates, mineral oil, retinyl palmitate, oxybenzone, coal tar, hydroquinone, triclosan, and triclocarban, and contains less than one percent of synthetic fragrances. This product is also vegan, cruelty-free, and gluten-free, and comes in recyclable packaging,” as per Sephora’s website.
Jouer Soft Focus Powder
I recommend this Jouer powder for all over the face for those who need to set their foundation/concealer but can’t afford to look powdery.
Natasha Denona Face Palette
Something I also JUST bought (first day of the sale) as an all-in-one palette to bring when on the go or traveling – this Glam Face Palette from Natasha Denona. One of my TOP favorite eyeshadow palettes is Natasha Denona’s Camel palette (also amazing for brown/hazel/green eyes). Her eyeshadows are sooo finely milled and blend like butter without fall out. I couldn’t pass up this beautifully curated collection in the “Light” color story.
That wraps up my November 2021 Sephora Sale Recommendations. What have you picked up yet or plan to? Any favorites from the year you recommend? Comment below or shoot me a DM on Instagram!
