New Spring Makeup Haul

Just a fun little post sharing a few new makeup goodies I picked up for the season… as my skin is changing for the better with using Oliveda products (read more here), my makeup tastes have adjusted. Lighter, easier, faster… so here’s my new spring makeup haul…

New Spring Makeup Haul

The Sephora spring sale is around the corner (early April!) … so I should probably share a round up of specific Sephora favorites, too, but if these items are available at Sephora, I’ll link them there so you can score them during the sale. In the meantime… let’s get chatting about the new spring makeup haul goodies.

New Spring Makeup Haul | Huda Beauty, Patrick Ta, MOB Beauty, Beautycounter

Patrick Ta Blush – She’s The Moment

I’ve had three Patrick Ta blushes since they launched but this one in She’s The Moment may be my favorite yet and I cannot wait to wear it more when I get a little more sunshine on my skin. For the longest time, his true peachy blush was out, but now this shade replaced it and it’s the poppiest peachy shade that lights up the warmth in your skin.

Rare Beauty bronzer stick – Happy Sol

This stick in Happy Sol is a repurchase for me… says a lot! There is something about the balance of warm and cool tones in this stick and the face that it is super acne safe/non pore clogging… I just had to have it back in my makeup routine.

MOB Beauty Foundation

A ceramide-infused cream foundation/concealer hybrid… this clean brand is one to watch for! I will definitely be trying more from this brand soon… as it’s cleaner, but formulated by a former MAC Cosmetics chemist. The shade ranges they make in their foundations, bronzers and eyeshadows (both creams and powders) are spectacular. I purchased Olive 30 and 40 (30 matches me when I’m not self tanned; 40 for when I am).

Hourglass Lip gloss balm – Mist

I’ve heard NOTHING but incredible things about these Hourglass lip gloss balms. They blow Tarte’s out of the water in terms of the weightless gel consistency and how it floats on the lips – never settling in lip lines. The shades are natural and lay on the lips like a watercolor gel.

ELF Powder – Halo Glow

If you missed the last blog post, this powder has replaced any under eye setting powders in my routine – I used to be a Charlotte Tilbury girl for the setting powder, but you cannot beat this less-than-$10 price tag and dare I say… is it better? I’ll tell ya what… it’s definitely better than Givenchy.

HUDA Corrector – Peach

Needs to be talked about more! These correctors from Huda beauty are perfection. They’re not overly creamy and heavy so they layer so nice under the eyes with a powerful pigment punch, too. Not drying either. The perfect combo of correcting and plays well with others (concealers).
